Un pot cylindrique \u00e9quip\u00e9 d’un piston qui descend doucement pour presser le caf\u00e9: sans aucun doute le moyen le plus simple de pr\u00e9parer un caf\u00e9. Le secret r\u00e9side dans le degr\u00e9 de mouture, l’id\u00e9al \u00e9tant un caf\u00e9 moulu de mouture moyenne, consistante et homog\u00e8ne. Si la mouture du caf\u00e9 est trop fine, le filtre risque de s’engorger ou le caf\u00e9 sera trouble.<\/h4>\n

COMMENT PR\u00c9PARER UN CAF\u00c9TIERE A PISTON:<\/h4>\n

Posez le pot sur une surface s\u00e8che, plate et non glissante. Tenez fermement l’anse et retirez le piston avec force.<\/p>\n

Pour chaque 200 ml d’eau, versez dans le pot une bonne cuill\u00e8re de caf\u00e9 (7-8 grammes).<\/p>\n

Versez de l’eau chaude, non bouillante, dans la cafeti\u00e8re.<\/p>\n

Plongez de nouveau le piston et poussez-le vers le bas.<\/p>\n

La pression sur le piston doit \u00eatre exerc\u00e9e lentement, d\u00e9licatement et r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement.<\/p>\n
