Sucrez \u00e0 votre convenance et m\u00e9langez pour dissoudre le sucre.<\/p>\n

Portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, puis retirez le cezve du feu ; ajoutez une petite cuill\u00e8re de caf\u00e9 par personne plus une.<\/p>\n

Le caf\u00e9 doit \u00eatre port\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00e9bullition deux fois de suite, en veillant, entre une \u00e9bullition et l\u2019autre, \u00e0 enlever le cezve du feu. L\u2019on peut choisir d\u2019\u00e9liminer la mousse ou bien de la garder avant de bien m\u00e9langer.<\/p>\n

Ajoutez une cuiller\u00e9e d’eau froide avant de servir pour que la poudre de caf\u00e9 se d\u00e9pose au fond du r\u00e9cipient plus rapidement ; versez dans une tasse sans filtrer.<\/p>\n
