\n\t\t\t\tPionni\u00e8re de l\u2019art du caf\u00e9 suisse\t\t\t<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/div>[vc_column_text]Le nom Illy renvoie aux origines italiennes, \u00e0 Trieste plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment. Illy est synonyme d\u2019exigences de qualit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieures sur le march\u00e9 du caf\u00e9. Illycaf\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 fond\u00e9e en 1939 par le B\u00e2lois Carlo\u00a0Seitz et les Triestins Francesco\u00a0Illy (senior). et Roberto\u00a0Hausbrandt (senior). La majorit\u00e9 des participations furent entre des mains suisses d\u00e8s le d\u00e9part. Carlo\u00a0Seitz se procura le mat\u00e9riel n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 Trieste et parvint \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper l\u2019entreprise pour en faire l\u2019adresse la plus raffin\u00e9e sur le march\u00e9 du caf\u00e9 suisse. C\u2019est avec fiert\u00e9 qu\u2019Illycaf\u00e9 fait aujourd\u2019hui figure de pionni\u00e8re de l\u2019art du caf\u00e9 suisse. Ces deux\u00a0experts en caf\u00e9 de la vieille \u00e9cole influencent avec une grande passion la marque Illy\u00a0Suisse. Illycaf\u00e9 emploie 23\u00a0collaborateurs. \n\t\t\t\tLes m\u00e9langes extraordinaires de Thalwil\t\t\t<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/div>[vc_column_text]Illycaf\u00e9 importe pr\u00e8s de 700\u00a0tonnes de grains de caf\u00e9 bruts chaque ann\u00e9e, venus du Br\u00e9sil, du Mexique, de Colombie, du Guatemala, d\u2019Indon\u00e9sie, d\u2019Inde et d\u2019Ethiopie. Quelque 3 \u00e0 3,5\u00a0tonnes de caf\u00e9 brut sont transform\u00e9es quotidiennement \u00e0 Thalwil. Les fameux \u00abblends\u00bb sont m\u00e9lang\u00e9s, torr\u00e9fi\u00e9s et emball\u00e9s selon une recette tenue secr\u00e8te. 80% d\u2019entre eux sont destin\u00e9s au secteur de la restauration, notamment \u00e0 des restaurants renomm\u00e9s.
