La percolazione venne perfezionata in Germania agli inizi del \u2019900. L\u2019utilizzo del caff\u00e8 all\u2019americana \u00e8 tuttora molto diffuso anche in Europa, tanto che anche le pi\u00f9 moderne macchine da caff\u00e8 a capsule ne prevedono la preparazione, come le Iperespresso Espresso&Coffee.
\nLa\u00a0macinatura<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e8 fondamentale: dev\u2019essere\u00a0media.<\/strong>\u00a0Quando \u00e8 troppo grossa il caff\u00e8 ha un gusto debole, quando \u00e8 troppo fine il gusto \u00e8 amaro. Per un buon risultato in tazza il caff\u00e8 andrebbe gustato entro poche ore dalla preparazione.
\nLe\u00a0macchine<\/strong>\u00a0vanno\u00a0pulite,<\/strong>\u00a0preferibilmente ogni settimana, per eliminare residui oleosi e incrostature minerali che possono alterare il gusto del caff\u00e8.
\nUn consiglio<\/strong>: non conservate il caff\u00e8 nelle caraffe di vetro che restano appoggiate sulla fonte di calore: conferiscono alla bevanda uno sgradevole gusto di bruciato.<\/h4>\n

Calcolare un cucchiaio colmo (7-8 grammi) di caff\u00e8 ogni due tazze di acqua, ognuna di 100-150 millilitri. La dose di caff\u00e8 si pu\u00f2 regolare a seconda del proprio gusto<\/p>\n

Mettere nella macchina la giusta quantit\u00e0 di acqua ed estrarre<\/p>\n
